3. Payments
- Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed.
- We do not store payment information on our website. All payments are handled securely through our trusted payment processor.
- Refunds or adjustments are considered on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed.
4. Customer Responsibilities
By booking a service, you agree to:
- Remove personal items and valuables from your vehicle prior to service.
- Disclose any pre-existing conditions, damage, or special concerns.
- Understand that while we take every precaution, Perfect Finish is not responsible for pre-existing damage, mechanical issues, or items left inside the vehicle.

- Paint correction and protective coatings do not repair deep scratches, chips, or structural paint damage.
- Protective coatings require proper maintenance to ensure longevity.
6. Warranties & Disclaimers

- Perfect Finish makes no guarantees regarding the duration of protection beyond manufacturer specifications (e.g., Revivify coating performance).
7. Liability
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, Perfect Finish is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to our services.
- Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the service in question.
8. Cancellations & Rescheduling
- We require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
- Missed appointments without notice may be subject to a fee or refusal of future service.
